Q: Can I book a group ritual or event?

A: Yes! Group bookings for circles, ceremonies, or custom events (like full moon cacao, blessing ways, or healing workshops) are available. Email us directly for details.

A: We currently ship within the UK and select international locations. If you’re unsure, email us to confirm if we can ship to your area.

 

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Orders are packed with love and intention. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing, plus standard delivery time. You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking info once shipped. If you've requested a custom design allow 2 weeks for production.

 

Q: What if something arrives damaged?

A: Oh no! Please email us within 5 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll do our best to replace or resolve the issue.

Q: Can I return a crystal, ritual kit, or any other products and/or services?

A: Due to the energetic nature of our products, all sales are final. We are mindful of energy hygiene and do not resell returned items. Please choose intentionally and reach out with any questions before purchasing.

 

Q: What about digital guides or downloads?

Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

A: Our ritual subscription includes a monthly soul ritual + intuitively chosen crystal companion, delivered to your door or inbox. It’s a way to anchor your spiritual rhythm in a gentle, magical way.
