Cancellations + Rescheduling
Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. You may email to reschedule.
Refund Policy
Due to the energetic and digital nature of our work, all sales are final. This includes readings, rituals, downloadable guides, and crystals. If an item arrives damaged, please reach out within 5 days of delivery.

La Luna Musa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in harmful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior toward our team or community. Sometimes, our paths just don't align. It's not personal, however, I may guide you to someone who is better suited if possible.
