These cords can drain our vitality, cloud our spirit, and keep us tethered to cycles we’re ready to release. In this 1:1 ritual, I will guide you through a sacred process of identifying, softening, and releasing the energetic cords that no longer serve your highest self. Using a blend of visualization, guided meditation, energetic tools (such as a candle, crystals, smoke, or flame), and intentional ritual, we’ll honor the connection while freeing your energy to return home to you. This is not about cutting people or things out harshly, it’s about reclaiming your power, your clarity, your sovereignty and your heart space. You’ll leave with a lighter spirit, a ritual practice to continue at home and an open field for new beginnings. Includes: • Guided ritual + meditation (live via Facetime/Instagram) • Personalized crystal + affirmation suggestions, including journal prompts to integrate through this journey • A follow-up facetime/message/check-in to support integration up to a week after the release
